I hate that we do not maintain our refrigeration systems the way that we should we could probably save a lot of money. The other alternative of course is to call Rock services as it's the second best thing to maintaining our own refrigerators when they break these guys come and fix it they have a fair price they're relatively timely and fixing things and I don't think there's any BS involved equipment is expensive fixing it is expensive we want to have somebody who we trust and who's going to be honest with us whether or not something can or cannot be done that's what you get from Rock services

Rox service and Jan was stayed patient after I changed schedule 2 times. She was able to schedule a technician quickly for the same day.
We had a burner will weak flame and an oven will not turn on.

I had rox services come out as a second opinion. They quoted me for insane amounts of work without even consulting me when they are at my business. They techs would constantly go on break and after looking at invoices i would be charged for their hour long breaks. Also they quoted me 7000 for parts when i already had the new equipment installed. I went with a third opinion which alerted us all our equipment was fine and it was a simple leak. They came out multiple times to my business. Why was a inexperienced technician always sent and later a more experienced one would come out so i would have to pay for both.
Cooler works fine now leak was patched. They refused to listen to me when i clearly would tell them i believed it was a leak. They charged me for multiple days for nothing. Very disappointed with this company. I was quoted for over 100 miles in travel each time when im only 21 miles away. Over 100 miles cost more so i dont understand if im paying for travels from their company or from their techs. Paul and Jung, we are deeply sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our services. We informed you of our pricing on your initial phone call to us, as we do with all our customers. We informed you that your location is in more than 25 miles but less than 50 miles from our location. You were charged accordingly.
There were absolutely no hidden fees! Our Technicians did not take breaks while at your business. We went to your business 2 times, 1) for the initial call for the walk-in, while our technician was there you added an ice machine that was not making ice, to the service call; 2) to go back and check for the refrigerant leak with a UV light.
We did not perform any work at your business that was not approved.
We came out at your request the same day you called us to diagnose your walk-in cooler that was not cooling, you suspected the unit was leaking refrigerant since you have added 5 tanks of R404a refrigerant to the system within 6 months. This evaporator uses R22 refrigerant, which refrigeration units using R22 have not been made since January 1, 2010, therefore this could not be a new evaporator (as you stated). Our Technician suggested adding fluorescent dye to your system for us to pinpoint the refrigerant leak, with your approval we added it. You were never charged for 2 Technicians, only one, please check your invoices, possibly you misread it, as you did with our Service Fee Zone 3 - 50 miles radius (100 miles round trip).
While we were there on the call for the walk-in cooler, you asked our Technician to look at your ice machine as it was not making ice. We diagnosed the ice machine has a defective high-pressure switch, and you did not want to repair it, you only wanted a quick fix, which is only a temporary solution.
We returned to your business with a UV light to detect the refrigerant leak, which was found in one of your 2 evaporators (one is older and the other is newer), the leak was found in the older evaporator. We then sent you an estimate to replace the evaporator.
In closing, the statements you have made about our company are untrue, however, we take your opinion seriously.

Herve provided excellent same day initial service. We were originally quoted 1 week on parts and service after the initial diagnosis. The whole process only took 3 business days and the total bill was $185 less than the original quote. I will be calling Rox Services for our future appliance repair needs.

I highly recommend Rox Services for any commercial cooler services. I had a commercial unit that did not work. It was installed in a house I had recently purchased. Herve, the owner, came out and was very knowledgeable and experienced. He told me what he thought the problem(s) might be and quickly tested the unit and figured out it had no Freon in it. He tested to see if it would hold pressure and it did so he flushed it twice before filling it up. Worked like a champ. We figured it was empty because it had a leak but in the end whoever did the service before did not replace a compression cap and that's where it leaked from. He replaced it, tested it and cleaned the radiator and insulated a couple lines. Then we had a soda in the porch before he left as we waited for the thermostat to kick it off before he left. It's been working great and he was very fair on the price. Thanks Herve!

The people at Rox Services are fantastic! Our refrigerator died over night, and food was already beginning to spoil and smell. I called /messaged several companies. One told me they could come in a week. Most didn't even bother to reply. Rox called me back immediately. The repair crew was at my house two hours later. It looked like I was going to need a new refrigerator. Called manufacturer. Called Costco where I bought it. Nothing. Instead of spending $3000 on replacement, Rox researched and found a guaranty. They saved me thousands! Hooray! Kind & professional. I will never call anyone else. Thank you Rox!!!
